Laura Belo

My name is Laura, and I come from Brazil. I’ve been in Portugal for 4 years and I’m studying Biosynthesis, which is helping me to complete the studies I began with Philosophy and Naturology. Seeking to satisfy my curiosity about how we inhabit the world and our bodies, I found in massages an effective tool to move more than just muscle tension. Through energetic points, different massage techniques and the study of the body, it is possible to have incredible experiences of self-knowledge and to shift strong resistance, stored emotions, energetic stagnation and much more.
